    Simple solution???

    I have Jam Hang Up & had problems charging. The thing just would go off even after I charged it overnight. I see that many people complain about the Hang Up not holding a charge, not turning on.
    THE SIMPLE SOLUTION:
    I went back and looked at Instructions. It is in pictures with no words! I believe they mis-marked the charging port- it is not the one what hold the charging cord. You have to open the covered port and use that to charge the battery. PROBLEM SOLVED!! Jam fix your instructions, they are either wrong, misleading or confusing you clients and costing you. I hope i saved you money and reputation, and help other buyers. I like my Hang UP and my Hang Around.

    Skipping after using it maybe 10 times

    Loved when I first got it but now warranty is over and it’s skipping. I only use it at beach so i haven’t used it more than 10 times because of co I’d last year :-(

    Amazing Volume for a little Speaker

    Brought this a while ago and I absolutely love it, it can be connected through your phones blue tooth which consequently can also recive calls through the speaker.

    Love the way that the speaker booms when you play music on it loud and also absolutely love love love the colour. I brought the blue and orange one and it looks so amazing! Would recommend this product to everyone who needs a speaker.

    I’m enjoying listening to radio via the mobile, and the speaker is very easy to carry around.
    The charge really doesn’t seem to last anything like it says in the description (8 hours); this makes funny noises and cuts out after about 4 hours. But easy to charge.

    Great product excellent value for money

    For the price I am amazed about the sound and product quality. If peopke read the instructors which you can also down load its so easy. Easy to charge and work. Might buy an additional one incase they ever stop making this speaker.
