I bought the ear buds from HMV and took them back as they do not fit in my ear and fall out ,HMV told me they will not accept them back due to covid and that I have to send them to JAM for a refund, so who do I take them back too
I got this a few weeks ago the sound quality is great better then AirPods. I have to problems then first one is that you need to use the left one to use right one unlike other wireless earphones like JBL.
My second problem is that the left one can get uncomfortable after wearing for a while or while eating .
Over all they stay in my ears great they have fallen out the first 2 times that might of been because I had used AirPods for 1 and a half years.
For the price of this product it is a great deal for what you are getting great sound quality good fit and a bit of noise isolation from the sell.
Thankfully I found a review on here that explained how to use both but separately ... I work with one in my ear at a time... one dies and I goto the other however only the right one works independently... BUT switch them in the case and voila!!! Seems so simple smh ... my main issue is charging us become less and less reliable and they’re only 2 months old ... can you purchase just the case??
Very good but having the left earbud as the master and the only one you can have in mono mode is kind of bad especially if you are used to having only one earbud in you ear and on the right side. I found a solution! The left and right earbud are exactly the same. So if you take the left silicone and put it on the right earbud and switch the left and right earbuds in the charging case you can then use the right earbud in mono mode even though it's the left one. If this doesn't make sense just put the left earbud in your right ear.
Got them this morning after waiting 30 days for them to arrive, they work as advertised and my only concern is bluetooth range but trying different devices the max range changes so it is only an issue on my end and I am also wondering if you have the silicone covers as a standalone purchase in case the rare event occurs that I lose the spare ones?
