    Highly recommended

    I bought these about a week ago from Harvey Norman in Narre Warren a suburb of Melbourne, Australia. They have an excellent sound. As a reference I have a set of Quietcomfort Bose 35 II and these JAM are replacing my faulty Series 1 AirPods. Got them at $40 off, so for near 1/2 price. They are comparable in audio quality and ridiculously better value. I needed them to not have Noise Cancelling (for which I have the Bose and BTW I also have a set of Noise Cancelling Headphones from Aldi which about 75% as good as the Bose but much cheaper - mentioned only to indicate I have a decent selection of audio gear to compare these JAMs to. They are super comfortable all day AKA 6 to 8 hours (I find I need to move the Bose around a bit after 2 to 3 hours). Battery life is best in any class and with the charging case unbeatable. So secure. Nice they stay connected even when taken out of my ears. Very handy, whilst I understand less secure buds are best to have the facility to turn off when they fall out as a warning. Connecting is so easy and consistent (tip: only pair one bud to your device and always connect the same one. The second one connects to the first bud. I always connect the left one to my iPhone X. I can’t fault these and am so happy with them. You can’t go wrong. The case is USB type C so the best you can get. Nice solid case. Charge level shown on outside case and also has the level indicated on the IPhone. The documentation was faultless. I have never experienced such complete and thorough documention ever. You can also download digital editions if you prefer that. Thank you. Warrick.

    Useless

    Don't bother. Wish I had read the reviews, I had exactly the same issue as almost all the other reviews - wouldn't connect, when they did the connection was poor, could only get one to work - when I took one out of my ear the other would work. When I put it back in the other would stop. Was happy to return them after days wasted trying to troubleshoot them.

    I live my JAMS

    For what you pay these are fantastic, sound is crisp and clear, fits me well, I do super intensive workouts, hit the bag for 12 rounds run km after km and they stay snug as a bug. Having a few connection issues with them dropping in and out but I'm not so sure about the recommended distance as I leave my phone a few meters from where I work out. Love em

    A bit of a let down

    I’ve only had my earbuds a few day, and while the design is great the sound is not so good, and the right earbud has no sound at all. A bit disappointing to be honest.

    Great fit? not for me.

    These earbuds are constantly falling out. I have had several different models and never experienced this before. Now I'm having tech issues with the left channel playing at about 10% volume, but can't find any decent tech support q & a anywhere on the web.
